Title: "Everything I Own"
I met Jeremy last year at the HBO Pay Per View Boxing event by accident. It was one of those love at first site things that you really can't explain. Jeremy was and is so different from the "Hollywood types" that I usually meet. He couldn't understand what I would find so attractive in him and he referred to himself as "just an ordinary guy". To me, that was part of his charm. It took very little to please Jeremy because he was a minimalist. He was totally happy being buck naked hanging out on the beach or on his boat. He was about as far away from being materialistic as you can get. He has this adorable "boyish" quality too that includes an innocent sensuality and vulnerability along with a great sense of sensitivity. Sadly, the distance was difficult to manage, with him being in Costa Rica and me being in Los Angeles, we grew apart, but I love going back and revisiting some of our videos together.
In this video, we were meeting up at Kirkwood Resort in Lake Tahoe. I used to love to surprise him with new things, clothes, watches, shoes, new laptops, cameras, computers, videocameras, whatever. For me, I just got the greatest joy out of watching him be so happy. He used to say, that he "had never had anyone love him so much"....
Oh you'll probably notice that I'm a huge fan of Ross and Marshall's. I think it's ridiculous to pay full price for anything LOL :-) Their quality is good and their prices are right. I think it's important to budget money wisely or else you won't keep it.
I miss him... :-(
